- Recipient information you provide: the name and mobile phone number of the person you are sending a gift to.
- Gift information: gift amount, occasion, optional message, and the status of each gift (created, notified, claimed, etc.).
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
2. SMS Notifications & Twilio Disclosure
When you send a gift, Stake delivers a text message (SMS) to the recipient's mobile phone number using Twilio, Inc. as our messaging service provider. By providing a mobile number — your own or a recipient's — you represent that you have the authority to do so and consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Stake at that number.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS from Stake.

Twilio processes message metadata (phone numbers, delivery status, timestamps) on our behalf as a data processor. Mobile carriers may also process this data to deliver the message. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
3. How We Use Information
- To create gifts and deliver SMS notifications to recipients.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To honor opt-out requests and comply with legal obligations.
- To communicate with you about your account, gifts, and service updates.
