About Our SMS Program
GiveStake uses SMS messages to notify recipients when a gift has been sent to them through our platform.
Recipients receive messages only when a sender voluntarily enters the recipient's mobile phone number while sending a gift through GiveStake. GiveStake does not send unsolicited marketing messages through this SMS program.
Messaging Terms
- Message frequency varies based on gifting activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS provider.
Example Message
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages from GiveStake at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS notifications. To resume messages, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email hello@givestake.com.
